These terms outline how Prestin provides its services, how inquiries are handled, and what both parties can reasonably expect before, during, and after every engagement.

Inquiries & Confirmation

Inquiries are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from Prestin via email or LINE. Until confirmation is issued, availability and pricing remain subject to change.

Amendments & Modifications

Changes to pickup time, route, vehicle selection, or passenger count should be communicated as early as possible. Amendments may affect pricing and vehicle availability depending on timing and scope.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within the defined notice period may incur fees or be non-refundable, depending on the service type and proximity to the scheduled pickup. Specific terms are provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if passenger behaviour creates safety risks for the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other road users. This includes but is not limited to intoxication, aggression, or illegal activity.

Liability & Insurance

All vehicles are insured in accordance with local transportation regulations. Prestin's liability is limited to the scope of the booked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, or third-party actions beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
